Hi everyone. My last post was in February of 2015. That’s 3.5 years ago. Before that, it was just over a year ago. I know, in each of those I keep saying I’m going to write more.
I’ve noticed something interesting over the past few years. Actually, I suppose it’s been over the past decade. It started when Obama was first elected POTUS. Since then (and I suppose for some time before) everything has been about race, LGBQRSTUV.., no guns, left and right, and on and on. “Tolerance” is a big piece of this liberal movement. These groups and their philosophies must be tolerated. It has all been politicized. To a point I suppose, rightfully so. Those we elect to office help to shape laws and policies around these kinds of things.
The problem I’m seeing, however, is that Christians are fair game. No one wants to “tolerate” Christians. I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised.
If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

When Christians speak out, they are ridiculed, threatened, hated… Be that as it may, I’m tired of not saying something. Liberals and anti-God folks are saying everything they want to and expect us “Christian right-wingers” to cower down and keep quiet. For too long I’ve kept quiet to keep from having an argument. To be civil. To not rock the boat.
I may not respond to things directly on social media, but I may write about it here. I intend to use this as my outlet to say what I want to say. Facebook and Twitter can’t censor this, and I’d prefer to use those platforms to keep up with and interact with friends and things I care about. Comments here will be open, and will remain uncensored as long as they remain civil. But this is MY blog on MY server and I’ll run it how I see fit, so don’t get all uptight if your rude/condescending/vulgar/expletive-laced comments are removed or edited.
